iWorth is developed and published by FAF IOSIS. This page is the official channel for deleting an iWorth account and the data held against it.

We'll email a 6-digit code to confirm the address is yours. You don't need the app installed.
Already signed in on the iWorth app? You can do the same thing from Settings → Delete Account. If you'd rather not use the form, email service@useiworth.com from your registered address and we'll process it for you.
What happens to your data
Deleted with your account
- Your profile — name, email address, phone number and photo
- Every holding you added or imported, and the valuations built from them
- Connected statements and documents you uploaded
- Certificates you generated, and your investment policy answers
- Sign-in sessions, devices and notification preferences
Kept for a limited period
- Your account stays restorable for 180 days after you confirm. Sign in during that window and the deletion is cancelled. After it passes, everything above is erased permanently and cannot be recovered.
- Records FAF IOSIS is required by Nigerian law to keep are retained for the statutory period, even after deletion. The Privacy Policy sets out which records those are and for how long.
